In support of the Idaho Association of the Deaf and the Deaf Community at large, the American Sign Language Club at Boise State is encouraging students to volunteer or participate in Walk4ASL 2024.

The goals of Walk4ASL are to:

1) Educate our Idaho communities about the benefits of ASL for Deaf children ages 0-5 and dispel common myths about ASL through media tools.

2) Raise funds for more accessible ASL services for families with Deaf children.  Funds/proceeds will be donated to Idaho Deaf Association.

If you wish to volunteer, please fill out this form and/or email idahowalk4asl@gmail.com. Click on this link to learn more about the Idaho Association of the Deaf. You can stay updated by joining the Walk4ASL Idaho Facebook group.

Come join us at Julia Davis Park at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning, September 28th, 2024 and help us promote/support the Idaho Association of the Deaf and the Deaf Community!
