Join the Boise State University ASL Club for a special screening of Dinner Table Syndrome, a powerful short film by Angry Deaf People that highlights the common experience many Deaf individuals face when communication access is limited during family conversations. The film explores the feeling of being left out at the “dinner table” and the importance of inclusion, understanding, and accessible communication.

Filmmaker Charlie Ainsworth will be present for the screening and will share insights about the film and the Deaf experience. This is a great opportunity for students and community members to learn more about Deaf culture, reflect on communication access, and engage in meaningful discussion.
