Kyle Faulk
Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager
Mountain West Bank
Kyle Faulk is a Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager at Mountain West Bank, where he leads the commercial banking team serving Southern Idaho. With nineteen years of experience in banking, Kyle brings deep expertise in commercial lending, relationship management, and team leadership.
Kyle holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University. He is passionate about helping customers, coworkers, and our communities grow and thrive. Kyle is committed to delivering thoughtful financial solutions that support long-term success.
Actively engaged in the community, Kyle serves on the Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP) board and is involved with the Boise Metro Chamber, supporting economic development and regional collaboration across the Treasure Valley.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
Donald Bielen

Donald Bielen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advising successful business owners to prepare their businesses for sale and orchestrating buy-side or sell-side transactions. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Capital Eleven Advisory and leads the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory team. Throughout his career, he has completed over 300 business transitions and exit plans for clients across the United States. His expertise in ownership transitions has made him a trusted advisor for affluent individuals and business owners alike.
Prior to joining Capital Eleven Advisors, Donald led the Business Transition Service’s team as Principal at Perkins and Co, was the Director of Business Advisory Services at the Rainier Group, Inc. and was an Operations Manager at a Fortune 100 company. Donald’s commitment to excellence and his deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of a transition makes him a valuable asset.
Donald has a strong educational background, holding an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon, is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a BS from the University of Montana in Finance and Economics. Donald currently serves on the Board of Advisors for three privately-held companies and sits on the Board of Directors and is the Treasurer for Financial Beginnings, USA.
Donald was born and raised in central Montana and was groomed in a family business. After graduating college, Donald moved to Seattle and then to Portland and recently relocated to Boise. Donald is currently an active member of Crane Creek Country Club and regularly plays tennis and golf. He also enjoys fine food, wines, and spirits while taking care of himself by weight training, yoga, downhill skiing, and hiking.
Amy Akins

As part of Washington Trust Bank's Wealth Management & Advisory Services team, Amy serves clients in the southern Idaho region as vice president and trust officer. She also holds the designation of CerriFieo TrusT AND FibuciarY Abvisor. Her broad experience in trust administration and connections to the local nonprofit community make her a valuable resource to her wealth management and trust clients. Amy specializes in consulting with individuals, trusts, and estates about their current tax and financial planning strategies. She partners closely with clients and their existing legal and tax advisors to provide comprehensive estate and financial planning advice in conjunction with investment management strategies. She also advises trust beneficiaries in budgeting and planning for financial needs and goals in accordance with their individual circumstances.
