Hello! The first day of classes is just around the corner and we are excited to see you back in Boise soon! Here are a few things/opportunities to keep in mind as the semester approaches.
 

Upcoming Events:
New Member Ed Workshop/ Kickoff/ FSL Fair

Remember about the upcoming events this weekend and next week! You and your officers can RSVP via the link for each event. 

💡New Member Educator Workshop - 
Sunday, August 24, 10 AM - 12 PM | Simplot Ballroom Student Union Building        

• During this workshop for New Member Educators, we will discuss building a meaningful new member process and the role your chapter can play in hazing prevention.

⭐ Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Kickoff - 
Sunday, August 24, 1 PM - 4 PM | Simplot Ballroom Student Union Building

• Your entire executive board and Breakthrough officers are invited to attend the FSL Kickoff, where we will prepare for the upcoming semester as a community! 

🍦Fraternity and Sorority Life Fair - 
Monday, August 25, (Setup at 3pm) 4 PM - 7 PM | Intramural Field

• Join us for the annual Fraternity and Sorority Life Fair on the Intramural Field. As usual, we invite your chapter to table and meet students interested in joining a fraternity or sorority. 

Fall Recruitment and Intake are around the corner! We are welcoming a record breaking class of first year students, and expect another year of strong recruitment interest!  As always, we will ask for  your help to market recruitment to our incoming Broncos. 

Registration and recruitment information is now online for interested students. All registration links can be found in our department’s Linktree! 

Panhellenic Recruitment | August 29 - September 1

• As of Wednesday, we have a record-breaking 668 registered PNMs!
• Registration is a two step process:
  • Take the anonymous ScreenU survey.
  • Pay the $36 Recruitment Fee and complete the CampusDirector Profile

IFC Recruitment | Meet the Chapters on August 31, Chapter Events taking place September 1-6 

IFC chapters, please submit your recruitment events to CampusGroups for approval
by August 25th! 

• As of today we have 144 registered PNMs!
• Registration is a two step process:
  • Take the anonymous ScreenU survey.
  • Pay the $10 Recruitment Fee and complete the registration form.

The Multicultural Greek Council Showcase | September 4 from 5-7 PM in Jordan Ballroom

• The MGC Showcase is a free event and interested students can RSVP on CampusGroups. So far we have 5 Students RSVPed

Campus Groups Roster Check 📋

1. Are you missing any members?
   • If so contact codyflynn777@boisestate.edu so that we can make sure they have filled out the FSL Terms and Conditions and get them added to the roster.
2. Do you know which members are going to be Inactive?
   • Use the “Member Tag” button to add an “Inactive” tag to the member (You may have to create a new tag)
   • “Inactive” Members are members who are either taking a break from Boise State, Studying Abroad, Student Teaching, ect. And should not be included on Grade Reports at the end of the semester.
3. Do you see any members that need to be removed?
   • You can remove them by selecting the “Membership End Date” button and inputting the date they left the chapter/graduated (If you don’t know the exact date you can just select the first of the moth that they left)
4. Once you finish, email codyflynn777@boisestate.edu to confirm that it is correct!
