Website Mission Membership Benefits
Mission The Old Men Club is a club dedicated to preserving and practicing the sacred traditions of global uncle culture — the timeless rituals of leisure, camaraderie, banter, and soulful simplicity. It’s not about nationality, ethnicity, or superficial cultural exchange. It’s about the universal truth that no matter where your family comes from — whether it’s Sicily, Ghana, Turkey, Peru, or Queens — there are old heads sitting in a park somewhere, playing cards, arguing about football, drinking tiny coffees, and practicing the art of being present.
Membership BenefitsThe Old Men Club is a space for students (of all genders/backgrounds) to gather and embrace the timeless traditions of leisure, camaraderie, and cultural exchange. Members enjoy weekly card nights featuring chess, dominoes, and international games, where banter and debate flow as freely as the laughter around the table. On weekends, the club hosts football watch parties with shared snacks, chants, and rituals that celebrate the beautiful game. Food and drink are central to the Old Men Club: monthly potlucks showcase “grandparent food” recipes, a club coffee fund keeps mugs filled, and members trade secret spritz recipes off the record. Music also plays a vital role, with a collaborative “Unc-Core” playlist that blends folk, rock, and global grooves, complemented by vinyl and cassette nights. Above all, membership in the Old Men Club offers a true “third space”—a refuge from class and work where students can rant, roast, philosophize, and simply exist in good company. Once you’re an old man, you’re always an old man.
