Nicole Fitzgerald is the Deputy Director of Government Relations at Boise State University. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in state government, where she has built her career on developing strategic partnerships and leading cross-sectoradvocacy initiatives. Her diverse expertise spans employee health and well-being, drug policy, domestic violence and sexual assault survivor support, and elections and civic engagement. As a Boise State alumna who earned both a B.S. in Health Promotion and an M.P.A., and as a former student athlete, Fitzgerald is honored and enthusiastic about the opportunity to advocate for her alma mater. In this session, Nicole will discuss the tone and tenor of the legislative session, Boise State's priorities, and bills that have been introduced or passed that will impact Boise State.
