HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared sauna workout studio just up Federal Way from Boise State University. They provide semi-private single person/small group classes, as well as a functional training/free weight area. HOTWORX boasts 12 different class options including hot yoga, core, and pilates, as well as multiple types of HIIT training.
