ASBSU Grant Funding Request Form Now Open

In need of some funds this year to support your organization?! The ASBSU Grant Funding request form is now open for direct, joint, and individual grants. Each registered student organization is eligible for up to $4,000 a year in a direct grant and more in a joint grant if you collaborate with another organization! Get your request in sooner rather than later to secure your funding. Apply Now!

Tips:

  • Plan out your anticipated expenses for the year and submit one request with everything.
  • Plan ahead to abide by the Event Planning Timelines.

Get access to $400 now by selecting the ASBSU Simple Grant option in your re-registration form. You can start using those funds right away! Note: This does count towards your total eligible $4,000 direct grant.

CampusGroups Event Registration and Payment Request Reminders

The student organization officer training will provide officers with an overview of event registration and room reservations. Here are some quick reminders:

  • Keep an eye on your Chats in CampusGroups - Student Involvement staff and campus partners will use that as the primary form of communication regarding event registrations and payment requests.
  • Look at your Workflows to check on the status of your submissions - From your Home page, click on the left navigation bar, click on “My Activity”, and click on “My Workflows”. From there, change the filter view from “Action Required Workflows” to “Active Workflows”.
  • Don’t leave your Event Registrations in Draft form - Check the Events tab in your organization’s portal to make sure you finished the submission and it’s in review.
  • Check your student organization accounts and submit Payment Requests through the Money tool in your organization’s portal.

Text saying New Tools and Resources
With CampusGroup’s arrival, we have moved all our “Manage Club Resources'' to this web page, which includes the videos your officers watched in training. It’s available 24/7 to help you throughout the year.

We are also hosting ongoing training sessions and drop-in sessions to provide further training.

Fundraising Opportunity
Boise State Athletics is offering a FUN-draising opportunity again for student organizations. Members of your organization can volunteer at the upcoming football games to support ticket scanning and bag checks at the stadium. The more members volunteering, the more money for your organization! To view upcoming opportunities and register to volunteer, check out their CampusGroups volunteer page.
