Workshop Description:

This interactive training session equips you with process and tools to delegate in ways that promote a decision-making environment. You will grapple with decision-making processes and examine your own understandings of delegation in light of proven decision-making tools.

Key takeaways:
  • Critically examine the importance of decision-making within organizations - especially as management
  • Design an outline of your own decision-making processes as they pertain to your role
  • Determine how those identified processes could be augmented to include decision-making tools
Invest in your team's success by spending the necessary time to reflect upon decision-making processes and ways to implement them within your respective teams.
