Google Workspace Basics Workshop

Are you a new Google user looking for a practical introduction to the platform? Are you seeking a refresher to bring you up to date on the essentials of Google Suite? If so, we welcome you to join Workplace Learning and Development for the Google Workspace Basics Workshop.

While designed for new employees, this session is also ideal for anyone looking to become more savvy with Google Workspace. All employees are welcome as this training is designed to empower you with the fundamental skills needed to effectively navigate Google's powerful tools at Boise State.

In this 90-minute online training participants will: 

• Learn to navigate Google Workspace confidently by understanding the core functions of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Chat.
• Improve daily communication and collaboration by effectively using Google tools to manage email, schedule meetings, share files, and connect with colleagues.
• Be able to increase personal productivity by applying best practices and time-saving features within Google Workspace to organize work and streamline tasks.
