FMLA/ADA Overview

Please join members from the Employee Relations team to learn more about the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans With Disabilities Act ADA). This training will include an overview of both of these federal laws, Boise State's policies regarding them, and the role and responsibilities of all parties (employee, supervisor, HR, etc). This training will also feature related information on Paid Parental Leave, Short and Long Term Disability, Workers Compensation, HIPPA Privacy Rule, as well as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

We encourage all employees in a supervisory role to take advantage of this informative session and to come prepared with any questions they may have regarding these programs.
