Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

*There is a $295 participant fee for this training* Payment includes access to the training's digital ecosystem and two digital books: “The Outward Mindset” and “Leadership and Self Deception.” There will be four, 4 hour sessions beginning on Nov. 12th. See below for all session dates and times.

In the Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset training, participants will learn the difference between inward and outward mindsets. Those who work with an outward mindset see the needs, objectives and challenges of others; adjust their efforts to be more helpful to others; and measure and hold themselves accountable for the impact of their work on others. Leading with an outward mindset is the one change that most dramatically improves performance, sparks collaboration, and accelerates innovation. This is an Arbinger Institute training and has been used by universities, military personnel, first aid responders, and professional sports teams. The training equips people to understand and effect change at the level of mindset to change an organization’s culture, resolve conflict, and facilitate dramatically better organizational results.

This course equips participants with tools that enable them to:

• Change their mindsets to become more outward
• Hold themselves more fully accountable
• Report on performance in a way that keeps them working outward
• Work in a way that is more collaborative, fulfilling, and effective
• Positively influence others to change
• Address and resolve conflicts
