Details

Showcasing research using electron microscope images of tiny mineral grains from Antarctica, this exhibit will feature visual research, drawings, and other teaching materials, allowing broad audiences to learn about climatic forces and large-scale processes by observing these microscopic grains. Funded by a National Science Foundation this is the result of a collaboration of Dr. Anna Bergstrom, assistant professor in Geosciences, and Ruth Heindel of Kenyon College, and Dr. Melisa Diaz and Sue Welch of Ohio State University.
