Join Wellness Services in the Albertsons Library for a mid-afternoon yoga session! Learn more about relaxation, mindfulness, and campus resources to help you Be Well as we round out the semester. Yoga mats will be provided for up to 20 students, so we encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
