Join MSMSE for a stimulating hour of coffee science, roasting, and tasting—open to all students!

Take a break and warm up on Friday, December 5th, from 1:30–2:30 PM.

☕Discover the Science: Our director, Eric Jankowski, will reveal the fascinating science and engineering behind the perfect cup of drip coffee.
☕Roasting in Action: See the transformation firsthand with a live roasting demonstration by Professor Elton Graugnard.
☕Tasting Time: Put your palate to the test and vote on your favorite brew
