Join Dr. Gary Machlis of Clemson University for a book tour and public lecture on his newest book, titled “Sustainability for the Forgotten.” The book investigates how current sustainability practices and efforts don’t always present practical or useful solutions for society’s most marginalized groups. Through examples and stories, the book examines sustainability’s current state through this lens and presents a “call to action that is ultimately hopeful”.
