Dining Services at Boise State has made some changes to its external catering policies for events hosted on campus in order to streamline processes and ensure the health and safety of events.
- Preferred external catering vendors: Dining Services selected a group of preferred external catering vendors who have met the criteria for quality, reliability, and adherence to safety standards. To reduce the number of companies coming to campus, Dining Services will limit the number of caterers coming to campus and only add additional vendors under special circumstances. - Food truck process: Going forward, you will work with our campus food vendor, Chartwells, to book food trucks. Here are the benefits for you:
