Per a university policy change in April, students are no longer authorized to use the university motor pool service. When your student organization plans an off-campus event, your organization can choose to allocate funds from your organization to reimburse drivers for travel in their personal vehicle or reserve rental vehicles from a third party company. All drivers will need to complete a Driver Information Form prior to departure.
