A Note:
If you're like me, you might start the school year already feeling behind. Everyones in these clubs, with volunteering, and opportunites, talking to professors abour research!
I know your perfect evening might not include a school sponsored event, but I promise events like these are where you gain access to opportunities. Professors, peers, and professionals absolutely love dishing out opportunities to people who care, even a little bit. All you gotta do is show up. Everything will feel like its falling into place, just because you showed up and chatted for 30 minutes.
Plus, a lot of these events have free food!
