Details

The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) provides contract training to colleges/departments. Contract training sessions are designed to provide guidance about the contract process, legal issues of concern in contracts, and the University's contracting requirements. This training is recommended every two years. You do not have to have, or be seeking, signature authority to attend the training. If you do have signature authority, you will be required to attend training every two years.
